This beautiful tan coloured batt is from my big French Angora named Inspector Clouseau. He is a super calm boy who is an excellent fur producer. French Angora is very soft and plush. Staple length around 3.5”.

This batt is perfectly prepared to be blended into other mixes. Since Angora is so light, you get a lot of volume for the weight. Angora blends of 25% are wonderfully fuzzy and warm!

Angora rabbits naturally shed every 3-4 months. When they begin to shed, we brush them more often and collect the fur that falls out. Clouseau starts to shed behind the ears and then hair loosens up slowly from top to bottom.

Our rabbits live in the house with us and get to run around everywhere in the mornings and the evenings. They eat a small amount of pellets, greens (lettuce, herbs, dandelions), and a tremendous amount of Timothy hay.
