I hope you are happy with your fibre purchase, but sometimes, sh*t happens.

I try to take colour accurate photos and fully describe all products in the shop. Please ensure you understand the details of the product being purchased prior to making your purchase. If you have questions about any products prior to purchasing, please contact me and I will answer as quickly as I can.

If you find any problems with your purchase when you receive it, please contact me so I can work with you to rectify the situation.

Unless there is a defect found by the purchaser, any returns must be mailed back to me at the purchaser’s expense prior to receiving a refund.
